Most card interactions are predictable, but there are always surprises. In The Lab, I'll try to collect all the interactions that aren't so straightforward. Be sure to check in throughout the season to see what else has been discovered!

• Adds Excalibur to his location

• Randomly targets any card in your hand for the discount
  • Does not avoid cards that already cost 0

Mordred

Lancelot

• “Increased Power” means a card that has green Power (current Power above base Power) through any means
• His effect can apply in either of two separate timing windows
  • His first window is for Ongoing effects from cards that depend on card Power (e.g., Cerebro, Ajax)
    • this window resolves in location order (left-to-right) → arrival order (when the card was most recently added to the location)
  • His second window is right afterwards and only used if he didn’t buff anything in his first window, possibly allowing him to buff cards that got buffs from cards like Cerebro or Captain Carter

Elder Dragon of the Moon

• “Increased Power” means a card that has green Power (current Power above base Power) through any means

Knight’s Vow

• Avoids discounting cards that already cost 0
  • If every card in your hand costs 0, Knight’s Vow will target one and give it an additional -1 Cost
