Advanced Draft Strategy Guide
Now that we’ve had a week with Draft, the cream is starting to rise to the top. Players are getting better, drafting better, and those final wins are getting more and more competitive. If you consider yourself a draft main, or are just trying to get your PMV every day, this article has the info you need to know. You’re gonna want to bookmark this one!
Under the Hood
How does this mode really work? Are the offerings random? If they're weighted, how does that work? How can I increase my odds to see winning offerings? We’ll answer these questions as well as go through every archetype, every rarity, every enabler, every payoff, and explore the best (and worst!) starter packs and routes through a draft run.
This is the exact type of longer-form article Lauren and I envisioned making when we launched Fourth Location. In order to make it possible and take the time required, we need the support of the community. This article is for those premium subscribers that make this work viable and are helping to secure a future for written Marvel Snap content. This article is supported by statistics and data from SnapComplete and Untapped as well as datamined info from SnapComplete and SnapFan. Please support their work as well!

Payoffs and Enablers
Each archetype has a set of cards associated with it. You can see them marked in game by archetype – some have two! These are divided into Enablers and Payoffs. The way the mode works is to give you more enablers if you have payoffs and vice versa. There are hidden Payoff/Enabler Archetype values based on how many and which cards from an Archetype you have in your deck already.
