What to do with Starhawk
Everything I Want to Try with Starhawk

Star Hawk can be earned in Sanctum Showdown. Is he worth your time? Is he worth your gold if you really don’t want to play that mode?

What are we Buffing?
There aren’t a ton of use-cases for Star Hawk. You absolutely need to be buffing cards that can multiply or pass on that buff, and you want to be buffing multiple cards. Buffing cards that can be put someplace else later is a big bonus. Here are the best targets.

Ok, so on odd turns we go left, on even turns we go right. Let’s look at some turn by turn play lines. You will basically build your deck with one of these in mind, rather than thinking of Star Hawk as a card with some kind of flexibility.
Turn 4 - Right
These could be done on turn 5 as well, of course.
Deadpool, X-23, Wolverine right. Play Star Hawk mid/left and Carnage right.
Madame web is left, Human Torch is mid. Play Doctor Strange and Starhawk left.
Angela, Nightcrawler, and Jeff Right. Play Kitty right and Star Hawk mid/left.
Turn 5 - Left
Nightcrawler and Kate Bishop left. Play Maverick and Star Hawk left.
Brood and Broodlings left. Play Shaw left and Star Hawk mid/right.
Deadpool, X-23, Wolverine right. Play Star Hawk mid/left and Venom right.
Turn 6 - Right
Goliath, Cosmo, Omega Red and Sera right. Play Stark Hawk and Spectrum left/mid.
Nico, Herbie, FS Human Torch and Sera right. Star Hawk and Aurora left/mid.
Star Hawk Decks to Try
Is he Worth it?
I already like Sanctum, so I’ll be getting him for free. I think there are a handful of compelling lines that make him worth chasing. He seems like a good Aurora card. I certainly don’t think he’s good enough that I would spend Gold to unlock him or, god forbid, actual Tokens. He’s a fun little card to fiddle with for a day and then put back on the shelf until some future synergy arrives. Plus, you can get the amazing pelvic thrust variant!
